These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hunterdon Millionaires website (the "Site"), operated by Lasting Legacy LLC ("Lasting Legacy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes the Hunterdon Millionaires program — an opportunity to become a licensed New Jersey insurance producer and earn recurring commissions on business you help place. The Site is informational. It is an invitation to learn more and schedule a conversation; it is not an offer, contract, or guarantee of participation, licensing, appointment, or income.

2. No guarantee of income or results

Any figures on the Site — including the $2,000–$4,000/month target, the three-to-five-year horizon, and all calculator outputs — are illustrations of how the program is structured, not promises or guarantees. Individual results vary widely based on effort, relationships, persistency, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Many participants earn little or nothing. No specific level of income should be expected. Calculator results depend entirely on the assumptions you enter and are for illustration only.

3. Licensing, fees, and the pass-or-refund

Becoming a producer requires a genuine state insurance license. The $197 fee covers our licensing course, which is designed to take a never-licensed person through the process (94% course pass rate). It does not include the state's own license application, exam, or fingerprinting fees, which you pay directly to the state. If you take the course and do not pass, we will refund the $197 as described at enrollment. Selling Medicare products additionally requires annual certification (e.g., AHIP) and carrier appointment. Specific compensation, splits, and program details are governed by the separate producer agreement you would sign, not by the Site.

4. Testimonials

Any testimonials or success stories reflect the individual experience of the person shown and are not typical. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Where a person featured is affiliated with us, that connection is disclosed.

5. Not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information only and is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making decisions. Insurance products, commissions, and Medicare amounts are subject to carrier terms and applicable law and can change.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Do not copy, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and the "Hunterdon Millionaires" and "Lasting Legacy LLC" names — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as scheduling, licensing, or carrier platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lasting Legacy LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lasting Legacy LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
